When and where we meet

According to Wikipedia a Church is a building used for religious activities, particularly Christian worship service. We are not just a church! We are part of The Christian Church. A church is a building that was constructed to allow people to meet to worship together. The Christian Church is people that are under construction, being built into the image of God.

The Christian Church is a term used to refer to the whole group of people belonging to the Christian religious tradition. “Christian Church” does not refer to a particular Christian denomination, but to the body of all believers. Therefore The Salvation Army Huntsville Corps is a part of the “Christian Church”.

After our services there is a time of fellowship where people can share in a cup of tea or coffee and when available a little treat.

What do worship gatherings look like?

Our worship gatherings are a time for the entire church family to come together, sing praises, hear uplifting messages, and connect with God and one another. Services typically include contemporary worship music, scripture readings, prayer, and a powerful sermon that speaks to real-life challenges. Whether you're new to church or have been attending for years, you'll find a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.

Kids' activities during worship

We believe in nurturing the faith of all generations. While you engage in worship, your children will have a safe and fun place to learn about God in age-appropriate ways. Our kids' ministry offers programs for children of all ages, from toddlers to pre-teens, with activities that include Bible stories, crafts, music, and games. Our dedicated volunteers ensure that your kids are cared for and engaged during the service.
